About the Program
Let’s be real: whether we like it or not, women in power face unique and heightened challenges when it comes to being effective and empowered leaders—from overt bias to inner anxieties about impostor syndrome.
The Elevate Leaderlab, limited to 20 participants, cultivates powerful women aspiring to a greater level of influence and to more senior levels of leadership.
Our experts bring together the power of experience, connection, and personalization to help you understand your personal power and use it to positively impact and influence up, down, and across the organization.

Who gets the most out of Leaderlab?
Those unafraid of ruthless personal accountability.
The Leaderlab programs are for women leaders who know they have a particular struggle or challenge holding them back from being the best leader they can be. Participants recognize that—above all—mastering behaviors, beliefs, and motivations is key to shaping one’s career.
To ensure each participant has the motivation, openness, and drive for the Leaderlab, admission is by application only. Applicants will be interviewed in person or by phone. Prior completion of a coaching or leadership development program is strongly recommended.
We work to ensure that participants represent diverse racial, ethnic and business backgrounds in order to enrich the experience for all.
