Who We Are
We’re the Power2 Leaderlab, a cohort-based women’s leadership program whose mission is to help women leaders cultivate their personal power to employ their authority and positional power most effectively and ethically.
Since 2015, we have delivered our unique leadership development program to over 300 women leaders inside Fortune 50 companies and other admired organizations in the technology, health care, and performance apparel industries.
We’re incredibly proud that our program is routinely praised by our graduates as one of the best they’ve ever attended. But even more gratifying are their testimonies to the program’s long-lasting benefits. Don’t take our word for it, here’s just a sample of what our graduates have said:
- The program surpassed every expectation that I had. It gave me insight and drove personal inflection that I had not experienced before. It went way beyond the concepts and tools they shared. It challenged me to think differently.
- In my 11 years at the company, I have not come across this type of training with its impact – women at the senior levels should be required to take it – it’s great.
- This was the most challenging and growth promoting leadership program I have ever had. I would do it all over again and am figuring out how to bring the best parts of it to my team and my managers.
- This is how you retain and grow diversity at the company.
What You’ll Do
We’re looking for an experienced, self-assured leadership training or facilitator to deliver our proprietary curriculum.
